Before payment made, please double check and make sure all details are correct:

Your credit card is required for payment confirmation.
Room rates will be charged upon confirmation.
Payments made are NOT refundable.
No changes on Check-in dates.
Check-in time is from 15.00pm and check-out until 12.00pm

Child Policy

• Infant 0-6 year(s)  Stay for free if using existing bedding. 
• Children 7-11 year(s) Must use an extra mattress.@MYR.50.00 per night.
• Guests over 11 years old are considered as adults

Cancellation:

This is non-refundable booking

• The booking cannot be cancelled
• The booking can not be amend
• Once booking is received the hotel will charge full payment to the credit card for the whole stay.

No-Show / Shorten stay:

• Full stay per room will be charged on your credit card for NO SHOW.
• No refund in full or in part will be made for un-utilized services included in the package or for shorten stay and no-show.
